Refund Policy

Song Charm offers customized and personalized digital services (personalized songs created on demand).

Once an order is confirmed and the song creation process has started, refunds are not applicable, as the service involves creative work made specifically for the customer.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Payment deducted but order not confirmed
• Technical payment failure
• Duplicate payment made by mistake

If a payment fails or remains pending and the amount is deducted, the refund will be automatically processed within 2–5 working days, as per the payment gateway’s standard process.
